• Map and refine day-to-day user journeys for key personas across Snacking.
• Align persona workflows into a cohesive end-to-end operating model.
• Translate needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for platform delivery.
• Collaborate with platform owners to co-design scalable enhancements.
• Develop onboarding paths and playbooks to drive rapid user adoption.
• Define data flows and dashboards for portfolio health and executive reporting.
