Mars is seeking a strategic thinker to orchestrate multi-persona journey design and operating models within Snacking, aligning workflows with an end-to-end architecture and central platform capabilities.

You will translate business needs into epics and acceptance criteria, partner on backlog prioritization, and drive adoption through tailored onboarding and governance. This role emphasizes data flow, reporting, and cross-domain collaboration to accelerate value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Map and refine day-to-day user journeys and interaction models for key personas across Snacking.
• Align persona workflows into an end-to-end operating model with clear data handoffs.
• Balance standardization with domain-specific tailoring to accelerate delivery.
• Improve workflow handoffs and data availability in ServiceNow to speed ideation-to-value cycles.
• Serve as the business counterpart to Central ServiceNow Product Management, translating needs into epics and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and co-design platform enhancements with platform owners to address bottlenecks.
• Ingest new ServiceNow modules, evaluating relevance and timing for rollout across Snacking.
• Engage with Snacking domains for pragmatic, intuitive platform capabilities.
• Enable change with onboarding playbooks and persona-based guidance to drive adoption.
• Establish feedback loops to identify friction, adoption gaps, and evolving requirements.
• Define data flow and governance to connect portfolio choices with product roadmaps and executive dashboards.
• Develop persona-specific dashboards and consolidates reporting for leaders.
