Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect to drive workforce transformation in the United Kingdom. You will own the end-to-end business architecture, engage with HR leaders and executives, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives across Oracle Fusion HCM, Orbit, reporting, and integrations.

You will lead business readiness, adoption, and governance, partnering with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable, user-centric solutions and align with delivery

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in business architecture, organisational transformation or large-scale programmes.
• Direct engagement with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR, workforce management, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Defined future-state operating models and business architectures.
• Led workshops, requirements discovery and business design activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the workforce transformation business architecture.
• Develop future-state operating models aligned to objectives.
• Ensure alignment between goals, journeys, processes, technology and service outcomes.
• Establish traceability from requirements through to delivered functionality.
• Drive consistency across multiple User Organisations and stakeholder groups.
• Lead business readiness planning and adoption activities.
• Support change management and governance in design decisions.
• Influence senior governance forums and provide strategic advice on opportunities.
