Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, automation and integration across platforms, delivering scalable solutions and superior user experiences for our customers.

You will mentor teams, support pre-sales, assess existing implementations, and ensure alignment with standards. UK SC Clearance is required; 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architectural experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect experience.
• Proven track record of improving processes through automation.
• Design and delivery of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficient in creating strategic ServiceNow architecture plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, team members and stakeholders.
• Two or more of the listed certifications: CTA, CSA, CAD, CSM Implementation Specialist, ITSM/Discovery/Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather, analyse, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs and architecture.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution workshops, proposals, and platform demonstrations.
• Assess existing ServiceNow implementations to provide architectural guidance.
• Learn and architect solutions across ServiceNow products as required.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure alignment with standards and timelines.
• Provide strategic consulting on platform best practices and avoiding unnecessary customizations.
• Facilitate integration of ServiceNow with other platforms for end-user experience.
• Test, review and oversee launches of ServiceNow solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain expertise in latest ServiceNow technologies and trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
