What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and supporting Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting, and workflow design
• Proficient in the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Experience in delivering technical solutions for process workflow automation with Metastorm's BPM Suite
• Strong people skills with a technical acumen to assist customers effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Metastorm Developer Certification or OpenText MBPM Developer Certification
