Job summary

CDW in the United Kingdom seeks an on-site IT Support Technician to provide local presence for colleagues, resolving incidents and requests via our SSP and ServiceNow, while administering the EUC environment to meet SLAs and KPIs. You will also manage asset records and contribute to knowledge bases.

Desired experience includes SCCM administration, Windows 10/11, PowerShell, and JAMF, with ITIL accreditation being advantageous.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support environments with strong customer service skills.
Proficient in handling incidents and requests with clear communication.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and SCCM administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
Willingness to work on-site and across multiple sites as required.

Responsibilities

Provide local on-site IT support to co-workers and resolve incidents and requests.
Review workloads and priorities to ensure prompt task completion to a high standard.
Administer EUC environment and deliver services to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain SCCM-related tasks and ensure virus definitions are up to date.
Raise and manage tickets in ServiceNow with clear life-cycle communication.
Escalate tickets to 3rd Tier resolver teams when needed.
Document fixes and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Assist with asset management and hardware orders as required.
