Job summary

CDW is seeking a Workspace & Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for co-workers, resolve incidents, and maintain EUC services. You will manage tickets in ServiceNow, review workloads, and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.

Strong communication and customer service are essential, along with hands-on experience in Windows environments. The role involves collaborative work across IT teams, asset management, patching, and adherence to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office 365 support.
• Remote support experience (remote support tools).
• Support experience of Windows 10/11.
• Desktop Encryption (BitLocker).
• JAMF & MacOS.
• Experience of Microsoft SCCM (desirable).
• Windows PowerShell knowledge and VBScript (desirable).
• Software / Application Packaging experience (desirable).
• Azure AD, Intune – Managing mobile devices (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide a local onsite presence supporting co-workers and resolving incidents.
• Review workloads to ensure prompt completion and SLA adherence.
• Administer EUC support environment and deliver services to meet KPIs.
• Raise and manage tickets in ServiceNow with clear end-user updates.
• Maintain asset management records and participate in patch management.
• Collaborate with 3rd tier teams to resolve complex issues.
