Job summary

CDW in Manchester is hiring an on-site Workspace & Infrastructure Support Engineer. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while resolving IT incidents and requests for co-workers across EUC environments.

You will handle SCCM tasks, basic administration, and collaboration with 3rd-tier teams to deepen technical knowledge. A strong service mindset and ITIL familiarity are desirable for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiar with SCCM for endpoint management and Intune for MDM.
• Proven IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide local on-site IT support for co-workers, resolving incidents and requests.
• Review workloads and priorities to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Administer EUC environment and related services to contract specs.
• Maintain end-user devices with SCCM and patch management.
• Raise tickets in ServiceNow and keep users informed throughout.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices and service desk policies.
• Collaborate with 3rd-tier teams to resolve complex issues.
