Aviva plc is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to join our Bristol IT team. The role is full-time and on-site, with duties including 1st/2nd line deskside support and ensuring colleagues stay productive.
You will work closely with other IT teams to deliver reliable services across Aviva, with occasional travel to other sites. Strong customer service and hands-on troubleshooting are essential.
Starting Salary c. £38,000 Depending on skills and experience

You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support, solving technical problems, getting people back up and running, and keeping our IT services running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with other technology teams too, helping us deliver brilliant support across Aviva.
There may also be the occasional need to support colleagues at other Aviva sites.
