Job summary

Aviva in Norwich is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to help deliver secure, connected digital platforms. You will work across identity, access management, cyber security and infrastructure changes to shape technology services used by millions of customers and colleagues.

• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• End-to-end experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Digital Gateway team, helping to deliver the platforms and services that keep Aviva’s digital experiences secure, connected and reliable. From identity and access management to internet connectivity and secure file transfer services, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering technology change that supports our customers, partners and colleagues.

Working with business and technology teams across Aviva, you’ll uncover needs, define requirements, assess impacts and help guide solutions from early discovery through to delivery. Your work will directly support secure digital journeys and help us deliver better outcomes for our customers today and tomorrow.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working as a senior business analyst within a complex technology change programmes.That must include enterprise tooling such as Jira/Confluence to help manage
• Strong experience gathering, documenting and managing business, functional and non-functional requirements alongside the UX, security, and other SDLC processes (including vulnerability, penetration, and other edge cases)
• Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Identity & Access Management (both customer and workforce IAM), Cyber Security, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), API connectivity, Managed File Transfer, Cloud or Infrastructure platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across both business and technical teams
• Full end-to-end experience of managing and improving application and IT estates working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
