Job summary

TotalEnergies in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced data analyst to support SAP data management and stock control across Distribution Warehouse 2LCR and related processes. The role is five days onsite, focusing on stock level analysis, replenishment planning and KPI reporting.

You will engage with procurement, logistics and customer teams to optimise stock holdings and ensure accurate SAP data. Strong communication and supply chain understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced data analyst with exposure to supply chain activities.
• Strong knowledge of stock management and KPI reporting.
• Excellent communication skills across levels of business.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock holding levels and maintain consolidated stock files.
• Manage replenishment requirements and review monthly usage for packaging.
• Control vendor data, IS0 certificates, and GRIR reporting processes.
• Perform monthly KPI reporting and weekly data analysis for supply chain services.
• Support SAP data management and stock control from start to finish.
