Integral Staff seeks a proactive Supply Chain Planner in the United Kingdom to manage end-to-end planning for 550–1,500 SKUs across multiple locations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability, control inventory, and support cost-effective decisions.

The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and the potential to develop within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Good numeracy and IT skills.
• Experience with supply planning principles is a plus.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and forecast trends.
• Strong problem-solving and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse historical data and market trends to forecast demand.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and target approximately 20 stock days.
• Monitor stock availability and supplier performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify risks and take action to minimise disruption.
• Manage stock movements between locations to maximise availability.
• Highlight obsolete stock and coordinate solutions with teams.
• Support forecasting for key customers and promotions.
