Job summary

unybrands is seeking a Supply Planner to manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple brands, ensuring product availability while balancing working capital and cost efficiency.

You will refine planning parameters, track key metrics, develop reporting tools, and work with brand managers, finance and logistics to align supply plans with business goals. This role requires strong ERP and SQL experience and is fully onsite in Hemel Hempstead.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis in a supply chain context.
• Proficient in SQL and reporting.
• Strong Excel and BI tooling skills.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, finance and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Optimize safety stock, order quantities and replenishment cycles to balance availability with excess.
• Track supplier reliability, lead times and inventory efficiency, providing visibility for planning.
• Develop reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance and identify improvements.
• Drive efficiency by refining planning methods and reducing costs while optimizing working capital.
• Coordinate with brand managers, finance and logistics to align plans with business goals.
• Ensure timely execution of purchase orders, shipments and replenishments.
• Plan and allocate stock across channels according to trading seasons and events.
• Support supplier negotiations and capacity planning within the network.
