Job summary

Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd is seeking a Materials & Supply Planner for a manufacturing operation in the UK. You will ensure material availability to support production, manage SAP-driven material requirements, and coordinate with UK and international suppliers to prevent shortages and delays.

Candidate should have strong SAP experience in materials planning or manufacturing, with a background in inventory control and proactive problem solving to maintain uninterrupted production

Qualifications

• Experience in materials planning, material control or supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Experience with inventory management and lead-time planning.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP to review material requirements and manage purchase orders.
• Plan material availability in line with production demand and supplier lead times.
• Manage and expeditie orders with UK and overseas suppliers.
• Identify potential material shortages and take action to prevent disruption to production.
• Maintain accurate supplier schedules and demand information.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
