Job summary

TotalEnergies in the UK requires a proactive Data Analyst to manage SAP data for stock control, analyse inventories and oversee replenishments across our packaging and materials. You will coordinate supplier contracts, generate KPI reports and ensure efficient logistics in a 5-day onsite role.

The ideal candidate will have strong data skills, SAP experience, and excellent communication across all business levels, with flexibility to work extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced data analyst with knowledge of supply chain activities.
• High level of PC literacy and ability to use data analytical software including MS Excel.
• SAP proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and highly organised.
• Available to work extra hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control for finished pack products and distribution warehouses.
• Analyse stock levels, monthly usage and reorder points.
• Oversee replenishment requirements for packaging materials.
• Coordinate supplier price contracts and direct ship orders.
• Generate monthly KPI reports and weekly analyses for supply chain.
• Handle vendor certificates and CoAs when required.
• Maximise re-use of packaging items and efficient logistics.
