Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Functional Expert - Supply Chain Systems to bridge warehouse operations and SAP data, ensuring the Atlas stock picture mirrors physical stock across 3PL systems. Based in the UK and working hybrid, you will drive inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Within the UK Distribution team, you will coordinate stock movements, run daily checks in SAP Atlas, and collaborate with 3PLs, Quality, and Customer Services to resolve

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, physical logistics, and inventory operations.
• Systems aptitude with basic-to-proficient SAP Supply Chain knowledge (Atlas context preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to interrogate raw system data.
• Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• System Alignment & Stock Precision: Maintain SAP Atlas data to reflect physical 3PL stock.
• Network Stock Movement: Coordinate daily transfers across network warehouses to meet demand.
• Warehouse & Logistics Optimization: Monitor stock movements and lead improvement projects.
• Quality & Inventory Control: Conduct periodic checks to prevent non-quality costs and ensure traceability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with 3PLs, hauliers, Quality, CoPack, and Customer Services.
