Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our onsite operations at a client site in Coventry. This temporary, ongoing role involves ensuring sites are fully staffed, serving as the main on-site contact for agency workers, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will track attendance, allocate shifts, handle inductions, and keep GDPR-compliant records. The position is full-time (37.5 hrs/week) with morning shifts and pay up to £14 p/h depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily staffing and meet client service levels.
• Track attendance, shift allocation and punctuality, and fill shortages quickly.
• Be the main on-site contact for agency workers, handling queries and supporting inductions.
• Update clients on attendance and fulfilment, and respond promptly to requests.
• Keep accurate records on workforce systems.
• Complete Right to Work checks and keep documents up to date, in line with GDPR, AWR and Working Time Regulations.
