24‑7 Recruitment Services Ltd on-site contract manager role in Coventry, CV2, offers £33,000–£35,000 per year and a full-time schedule. The role sits between the site office and warehouse floor, driving staffing delivery, client relationships and account growth.

You will lead a team of on-site coordinators and ensure payroll, compliance and H&S procedures are followed. Flexibility to cover weekends as needed is required, with standard hours Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 and a need for reliable transport

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience in an industrial, warehouse or transport environment.
• Excellent communication, strong administrative capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Own transport is highly beneficial given the location.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, calling, and registering candidates to interviewing, compliance checks, and onboarding.
• Hold regular meetings with the General Manager and senior site teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of on-site Coordinators.
• Handle weekly payroll, absence management, return-to-work interviews, disciplinary procedures, and health & safety policy adherence.
• Monitor daily contract execution to guarantee regulatory and process compliance.
• Support and contribute to strategic growth via organic or external avenues.
