Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and workforce operations at a key client site. The role focuses on staffing fulfilment, attendance monitoring, compliance, and providing excellent service to workers and clients.

You will liaise between workers, clients, and internal teams to ensure stable operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely responses to enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support daily staffing and fulfilment requirements to meet client demands and service level agreements.
• Monitor worker attendance, shift allocation, punctuality, and reliability.
• Address staffing shortages proactively by engaging available workers and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and workforce activity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agency workers on-site.
• Build strong relationships to improve engagement, retention, and attendance.
• Manage worker queries, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
• Provide regular updates on attendance, fulfilment levels, and operational performance.
• Respond promptly to client requests and queries.
• Support the Area Operations Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Use workforce management and communication platforms to coordinate workers and track activity.
• Maintain accurate records across all systems, including compliance and attendance data.
• Ensure all communications and activities are properly recorded and auditable.
• Complete Right to Work checks and ensure all worker documentation remains up to date.
• Support compliance audits and maintain accurate records.
