Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions for a key client. This site-based role offers a competitive salary and regular hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

You'll coordinate recruitment activities, manage attendance and queries, build strong client and worker relationships, and produce reports while ensuring compliance with processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, account management or coordination is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, attraction and onboarding of temporary workers
• Workforce planning and scheduling to meet client requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers
• Managing attendance, performance and employee queries
• Ensuring compliance with company and client processes
• Supporting daily operational requirements and problem-solving staffing challenges
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent service
