Job summary

WINNER Recruitment is seeking an On-Site Coordinator to support our Cannock operation. You will manage daily staffing, check in workers on site and coordinate with the client and on-site team.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, complete compliance checks and manage inductions. Full training is provided; prior recruitment or operations experience is desirable for success in a busy site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service or operations is desirable.
• Organised and proactive with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce bookings and shift allocations, and check in workers as they arrive on site.
• Monitor attendance, replace cancellations and help resolve staffing shortages.
• Work towards daily staffing and fulfilment KPIs.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Complete recruitment, right-to-work and compliance checks, and coordinate inductions and onboarding.
• Support workers with queries and communicate shift information clearly.
• Liaise with the client about daily staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Manage holiday requests and maintain accurate worker records.
