Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Customer Service Ambassador to be based onsite with our clients. You will deliver high quality guarding and exceptional customer service to clients and service users, acting as a visible security presence and maintaining professional relationships.

You will monitor internal and external areas to ensure client satisfaction, respond to needs promptly, and uphold safety policies while following emergency procedures and first aid readiness.

Qualifications

• SIA licence (Door Supervision/Security Guarding) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service daily.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients.
• Polite, professional interaction with customers and recognition of regulars.

Responsibilities

• Patrol as instructed and act as a security presence.
• Detect and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain open communication between Client and Management.
• Be aware of emergency and evacuation procedures.
