Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Security Officer to join our on-site team in Widnes. You will warmly welcome visitors, manage access protocols, and support a professional reception and security presence across the building.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and systems, handle telephone queries promptly, coordinate with the Building Management team, and monitor car parking to ensure correct bays are used. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors and ensure correct protocols are followed.
• Manage day-to-day running of the building and reception areas.
• Provide information to staff and visitors and escalate issues as needed.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management and support security procedures.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use correct bays.
