Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Officer to join our client’s site in Bristol. You will provide professional security services, greet visitors, manage reception areas and meeting suites, and liaise with hosts to ensure a smooth experience.

You will maintain knowledge of policies and systems, answer calls promptly, coordinate with Building Management, manage car parking for visitors, and demonstrate strong communication, accuracy, and customer focus in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar security role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/client focused and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all visitors promptly using correct protocols.
• Manage day-to-day running of the building and reception areas.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception and meeting suites; contact meeting hosts as needed.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of policies, actions, systems and developments to assist staff and visitors.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and transfer to appropriate personnel or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management and other teams to ensure security and smooth operation.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use allocated bays.
