Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Deputy Client Relationship Manager to join our onsite team for a flagship corporate client. You will support the Client Relationship Manager, lead afternoon and evening operations, and drive exceptional occupant experience across workplace services.

You will develop teams, manage service priorities, maintain workplace standards, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure service levels and events run smoothly in a fast-paced corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, or Soft Services.
• Proven ability to manage operational priorities and deliver high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead afternoon and evening service operations across the site.
• Ensure all occupied areas remain workplace-ready and presented to the highest standard.
• Provide leadership and support to Supervisors, Janitors, and Washroom Excellence Ambassadors.
• Manage service requests, escalations, and operational priorities.
• Maintain exceptional standards across offices, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, breakout areas, welfare facilities, and washrooms.
• Ensure service requests are completed within agreed service levels.
• Support the Client Relationship Manager in delivering operational and contractual objectives.
• Coordinate operational support for internal and external events.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
• Manage attendance, performance, and daily resource deployment.
• Team engagement and attendance metrics.
