Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to work at our client’s premises. This high-profile role requires delivering excellent customer service to clients and service users, with an efficient, polite and welcoming approach for both telephone and personal callers.

You will maintain a tidy reception, ensure punctual attendance, and support mall management during emergencies. Full uniform supplied, plus benefits and ongoing training to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar reception/front desk role.
• Professional, polite and welcoming interaction with clients and service users.
• Excellent timekeeping and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent relationships with retailers, mall management and external contractors.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and visitors.
• Handle all telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well presented with up-to-date information.
• Maintain an up-to-date out-of-hours contact list.
• Support mall management during centre emergencies and assist with parking coordination.
• Assist with lost & found, queries on enquires and marketing activities.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and professional image at all times.
