Job summary

Capita is seeking a motivated ICT Support Technician to deliver high-quality ICT support to schools and academies, ensuring services meet SLAs. You will advise customers, troubleshoot across Windows, server, and cloud environments, and work with school leaders and staff to maintain secure, reliable ICT environments.

The role involves onsite visits, incident management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. DBS check required and driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing ICT support roles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and AD/PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ICT support to schools and academies in line with SLA commitments.
• Provide technical advice and solutions in educational environments.
• Conduct onsite visits and manage incidents through resolution.
• Maintain clear communications and document technical details for schools.
