Resicare Alliance Ltd. is seeking a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to lead the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding for our homes, schools and Head Office. You will ensure safe, compliant and timely hiring across the organisation.

You will line manage the HR Administrator, oversee onboarding tasks and agency relationships, and act as the main contact for managers on vacancies and staffing needs. This role requires strong organisational skills and safeguarding commitment.

Qualificações

• Experience of high-volume, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience of supervising or line managing staff.
• Experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Experience of pre-employment checks (DBS, references, Right to Work).
• Experience of working with recruitment agencies.
• Understanding of safer recruitment principles and Right to Work requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day recruitment for roles across homes, schools and Head Office.
• Line manage the HR Administrator and oversee onboarding tasks.
• Oversee onboarding inbox and 48-hour response targets.
• Be the escalation point for recruitment and onboarding queries.
• Write and post adverts, shortlist candidates and support interview panels.
• Monitor agency use and costs; coordinate with managers on staffing needs.
