Harrods is seeking a Retail Operations Receptionist to coordinate alteration fittings and support day-to-day department operations. The role focuses on exceptional internal customer service, accurate scheduling, and efficient administrative workflows to keep the team running smoothly.

The position is fully onsite, 5 days a week, with the Hybrid@Harrods policy referenced on the Career Site for further information.
