Harrods is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant to join its fast-paced Retail-focused team. The role involves advising Retail Teams via phone, email, and in-person to ensure correct transaction procedures are followed, including deposits, enquiries, refunds, and cost centre transfers.

You will support day-to-day administration, maintain up-to-date trackers, and become an expert in till processes, delivering world-class service to internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.

Qualificações

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while ensuring customers are at the forefront.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and perform duties effectively.
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation preferred.
• Good PC literacy skills (Microsoft Office) are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice and guidance over the phone, emails and in-person to Retail Teams to ensure correct procedures are followed for transactions.
• Handle deposits, general enquiries, refund/recharges, transaction searches and cost centre transfers.
• Maintain trackers and complete daily administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Become an expert in all till processes to inspire confidence in the department and retail teams.
