Job summary

Harrods Knightsbridge is seeking a Personal Shopping Coordinator to join our Personal Shopping team. You will work closely with Personal Shoppers and report into the Personal Shopping Manager, coordinating stock movement across the store to deliver a seamless client journey.

This on-site role requires highly organized individuals with strong communication and multitasking skills to manage stock, process client orders, and support the team in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• You will be highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Experience in retail or operational support roles.
• Strong systems and till knowledge; able to process transactions accurately.
• Confident multitasking and managing competing priorities.
• Understanding of stock management and inventory processes.
• Excellent communication across multiple teams.
• Comfortable handling stock and moving products in a physical role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movement across departments and locations.
• Oversee stock counts and returns to Concession and Own Bought departments.
• Maintain stock accuracy and escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock between Harrods locations, including dispatch and collection points.
• Process transactions, handle client orders, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Support Personal Shoppers with operational tasks to deliver a seamless client experience.
