Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic HQ in Hemel Hempstead seeks an experienced IT support professional to join a 7/24/365 operations team. You will assist end-users on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, manage IMACD requests, and deliver Microsoft 365 workshops while applying ITIL practices to incidents and changes.

You will work on site with occasional travel to a southern UK site, supporting IT stability and knowledge transfer across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-user IT support in an operations environment.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 user.
• Theoretical and operational knowledge of Lifecycle Management (Inc. Incident/Change/Problem).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; stakeholder engagement.
• Driving licence is essential to fulfil travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support on laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Manage break & fix assignments for end-user devices.
• Perform maintenance activities (e.g., printer maintenance kits).
• Manage replacement of end-user hardware devices.
• Handle IMACD requests (Install/Move/Add/Change/Delete).
• Resolve issues with Microsoft apps and third-party applications.
• Conduct Microsoft 365 user workshops and training.
• Handle password and user administration.
• Support local projects (office moves/installs).
• Provide mobile and landline telephony support.
• Support AV in meeting rooms and MS Teams equipment.
• Oversee local data room hygiene and access control.
• Update service requests in ServiceNow SNOW.
• Apply ITIL practices in incident, change, problem, knowledge, and service requests.
• Support 24/7/365 operations.
