Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide BAU support on a client-facing Service Desk in Stevenage. Solid experience in a Microsoft environment and a strong focus on customer service are essential.

The role involves managing and escalating 1st Line tickets and 3rd party software issues, with an emphasis on excellent communication with external clients. Onsite five days per week, this contract position requires strong face-to-face IT support and AV/break-fix capabilities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Experience handling 1st Line tickets and escalations on a Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and escalate tickets for 3rd party software and 1st Line tickets.
• Provide client-facing IT support and maintain service levels.
• Triaged tickets and used ticketing system to track progress.
