Job summary

Totum Partners in London is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a fully onsite role (Mon-Fri, 9-5). You will handle incidents, diagnose issues, and provide remote and on-site support for end users across the organisation.

The role covers hardware, software, and core business applications such as Windows 10/11, Intune, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online, plus asset management and patching. Apply ITIL practices to sustain service levels.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
Experience supporting Win 10/11, Intune, M365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online.
Understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.

Responsibilities

Handle incidents and service requests escalated from First Line Support.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide remote and on-site support for end users across the organisation.
Support core business applications, operating systems, and peripherals.
Configure and install hardware such as laptops, printers, and other devices.
Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Assist in monitoring system performance and network connectivity.
