Job summary
Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support for a key customer in Croydon. Four days onsite with the customer and the fifth day supporting other sites across London will provide variety across a diverse client portfolio.
You will diagnose desktop, laptop, printer and application issues and assist with basic network and server troubleshooting. Strong communication and the ability to explain complex issues clearly are essential.
Qualifications
- Previous IT support experience is required.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
- Ability to explain technical issues in clear language.
- Confidence managing competing priorities and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support onsite and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer and application issues.
- Prioritise incidents and service requests per SLAs.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Support technical projects, installations and deployments.
- Complete moves, additions and changes and basic network/server troubleshooting.
