Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a Desktop IT Support Engineer in Hemel Hempstead to deliver high-quality end-user support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. You will contribute to 24/7 IT operations, manage service requests in SNOW, and apply ITIL best practices within a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and user training, with a Monday–Friday shift and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Support or Service Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and troubleshooting.
• Experience with end-user hardware such as mobile devices, printers and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support to end users across a range of devices and technologies.
• Manage hardware break & fix, replacements and servicing activities.
• Perform printer maintenance and hardware servicing.
• Handle IMACD requests (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for hardware and software.
• Resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and third-party apps.
