THG Ingenuity is seeking an On-Site Support Engineer in Manchester to be the friendly face supporting THG colleagues. You will provide L1 & L2 support across a mixed Dell/Windows and macOS estate, working with global teams to keep people productive.

Key activities include troubleshooting hardware and software, desk-side and VIP support, device provisioning, Entra and Microsoft 365 administration, MFA issues, basic networking, AV support, and maintaining assets and documentation.

Competenze

• 3–4 years’ experience in end-user IT support.
• Basic administration in Entra, Microsoft 365 & Intune.
• Experience with MFA and authentication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Good networking basics (TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi).

Mansioni

• Provide L1 & L2 support for Dell/Windows and macOS.
• Deliver desk-side and VIP support.
• Assist with AV, meeting rooms, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage devices, apps, and printing.
• Maintain assets and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues with clear handovers.
