Job summary
The Channel Recruiter is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst in South Mimms to deliver hands-on IT support at the desktop level. You will resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
The role emphasizes strong ticketing discipline and close collaboration with wider IT teams. Ideal candidates will have proven deskside/onsite support experience, with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and cloud tools like Intune/Autopilot.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Support, Deskside or Onsite Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD.
- Experience with Intune/Autopilot and ticketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents and requests through to resolution per SLAs.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, AD, Azure AD, Intune and Autopilot.
- Escalate complex incidents and work with wider technical teams.
- Maintain asset records, documentation and knowledge articles.
- Support meeting room tech and AV equipment.
- Deliver excellent on-site IT customer service.
