Job summary

Atos is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer in Watford to provide hands-on and remote IT support across multiple customer campuses and remote locations. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, resolve technical issues within SLA targets, and collaborate with Service Management and other IT teams to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Teamwork in a customer-facing IT environment
• Excellent customer service, written and oral skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced technical IT environment
• Maintain user self-help, technical and procedural documentation
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• End-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile phones)
• Windows Server architecture & roles (nice to have)
• Understanding of networking principles and terminology
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory domains
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 / Teams / SCCM / Intune
• Knowledge of wireless networking components and MDT / PXE
• PowerShell
• ITIL processes

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support across multiple locations
• Meet operational Service Level Agreements
• Liaise with Service Management and IT teams to ensure business continuity
• Perform IMAC/D activities and hardware repairs as needed
• Monitor ServiceNow queues for Incidents, Requests, Changes & Problems
• Report time spent on tasks to recover costs
• Maintain professional attitude of Digital Workplace teams
• Attend technical meetings when required
• Ensure compliance with security measures on customer site and ATOS infrastructure
• Support asset management of IT hardware
