Northwood is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver second- and third-line end-user support across UK sites, focusing on Windows 11, cloud services, and security. Qualifications

• Windows 11 configuration, troubleshooting, and user profile management.
• Cloud environments: Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Cybersecurity principles: MFA, phishing prevention, access control, data protection.
• Advanced networking: LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide second- and third-line IT support across UK sites, including cloud and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues on Windows 11 laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support Office 365 apps (Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist onboarding/offboarding: account creation, device configuration, permissions.
• Maintain on-site and cloud services (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Help with IT asset management, licensing updates, and lifecycle.
• Contribute to IT improvements and multi-site projects across sites.
• Perform basic printer, handheld device, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Support IT rollout of cloud migrations and automation initiatives.
• Document, test, and deploy IT improvement projects with the team.
• Be willing to travel occasionally to other UK sites.
