Job summary

Atos is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on and remote IT support across customer campuses and Watford locations. You will drive incident resolution, adhere to SLAs, and collaborate with Service Management and IT teams to ensure business continuity.

The role requires strong customer service, Windows/AD/Office 365 knowledge, and readiness to work on-site. You will participate in IMAC/D tasks, maintain security measures, and grow professionally through continuous learning in a

Qualifications

Proven hands-on IT support experience in a busy environment.
Clear communication and customer-focused service delivery.
Ability to work on-site in Watford and meet SLAs.
BPSS security eligibility appreciated.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on and remote IT support across multiple customer campuses and remote locations.
Meet operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with Service Management and IT teams to ensure business continuity.
Handle IMAC/D tasks; installations, moves, adds, changes and decommissions.
Maintain security compliance on customer sites and assets.
Monitor ServiceNow queues; update tickets per standards.
Attend technical meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Develop professional growth and knowledge through ongoing learning.
