Job summary

Broadstone is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join our London team. The role requires onsite availability 5 days a week at one of our offices, with occasional travel to other Broadstone offices in England and Scotland.

You will provide first-class IT support to employees, manage onsite IT equipment, and help with installation, upkeep, and security of infrastructure. Join a growing consultancy in pensions, investments, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience within a similar role, with knowledge of working on a service desk platform.
• Basic knowledge and experience of supporting and administering IT equipment.
• An appetite to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• A willingness to travel to offices within England and Scotland depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring your own call queue and escalation to 2nd line
• Responsible for IT support of onsite staff in our London office
• Onsite installation, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of IT equipment
• Administration and security of infrastructure equipment
