Job summary

Halian is seeking an Associate-level Help Desk Technician to work on-site at two Oxfordshire locations on a 3-month contract. The role involves IT support across MS Server, desktop environments, Active Directory and network-related tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for end-user issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and assisting with user accounts and access provisioning as required.

Qualifications
