Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related field with 3–6 years IT support experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience in international environments and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform On-Site IT services and support (walk-in and on-site).
• Support the local IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business teams on IT matters.
• Provide user training and onboarding.
• Support meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Assist in IT project implementations as assigned by Lead or IT Operations manager.
• Visit remote/dispatched sites as needed.
• Troubleshoot laptops including Microsoft product suite.
