Artis HR are supporting a large, established organisation with the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor to join their onsite HR team in Grimsby. This hands-on role works with employees and managers, providing day‑to‑day HR advice while owning employee relations casework and supporting wider HR activity.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage ER casework end‑to‑end, handle disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions, and coach managers on HR

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar with strong ER exposure.
• Experience managing employee relations from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations casework from start to finish.
• Handle disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Coach and support managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
• Support recruitment activity and payroll queries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Work with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent HR service.
• Support wider HR projects and initiatives across the site.
