Job summary

Chase & Holland is recruiting an HR Advisor in Grimsby for a forward-thinking not-for-profit organization. You will advise on employment matters, support line managers, and lead ER casework to timely conclusions while strengthening HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role with use of HR information systems.
• Ability to lead or assist in concluding ER/casework.
• Ability to coach managers and advise on employment law and organisational policies.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers with advice on fair staff management in line with values, practice and law.
• Manage an ER case load from start to finish.
• Support across HR to ensure effective outcomes.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures and guidance.
• Support induction, development programmes and training delivery.
• Produce HR data reports for management and continuous improvement.
