Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an onsite Field Services Technician to deliver hands-on IT support across our sites in the UK.

The role requires coordinating with remote teams for incident resolution and performing end-user computing tasks, including device imaging and asset handling, within defined SLAs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Smart Hands and Field Services, plus familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, and a strong focus on security and compliance on the supported

Qualifications

• Experience in Smart Hands Support, Field Services, Desktop Support or related IT support roles.
• Basic L1 knowledge of network technologies (switches, routers, wireless access points) and server hardware.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, remote support tools, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident resolution and service request fulfillment per procedures and SLAs.
• Provide hands-and-eyes support for network, servers, and infrastructure devices.
• Assist remote teams with basic troubleshooting and health checks.
• Support IMACD activities for laptops/desktops in Daas scope.
• Provide onsite VIP support for desk-side issues when no other IT support is available.
