Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to deliver desk-side and remote assistance across a range of hardware and software issues.

The role covers imaging, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. The candidate should be proficient with Windows 7/10, SCCM, and mobile devices, with strong English communications and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site and desk-side IT support in a professional environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues to a resolution within SLA.
• familiarity with mobile devices and peripheral hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and desk-side support to end users.
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems under supervision.
• Build and troubleshoot images for PCs and laptops.
• Update tickets daily and maintain SLA compliance.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Assist with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Backup and restore end-user data as required.
• Assist data center activities under CLIENT direction.
• Replace defective hardware components per guidance.
• Handle tape imports/exports as needed.
