Job summary

undisclosed is seeking a Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Engineer in Stevenage, Hertfordshire for a contract running until 31 December 2027. The role is fully onsite, 5 days per week, with a daily rate up to £869.40.

You will lead Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects, support L1/L2 operations, drive major incident response, update HLD/LLD documentation, and ensure knowledge transfer to technicians. Active SC clearance and Sole UK National status are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco telephony and video environments.
• Experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone.
• Knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing (CMS, endpoints, TMS).
• VMware v7/v8 proficiency and SIP/H.323 mastery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing projects.
• Assist L1/L2 operations and complex incident resolution.
• Manage major incident lifecycle: qualification, action plan, resolution, RCA, knowledge transfer.
• Update HLD/LLD documentation and procedures.
• Perform hardware and configuration tests.
