Job summary

undisclosed in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Cisco Telephony & Video Conferencing Team Lead for a contract role running to 31 December 2027. Fully onsite, five days a week, rate up to £869.40 per day (Umbrellainside, IR35).

Active SC clearance and Sole UK National is required. You will lead the Cisco Video Conferencing and Telephony team, manage incidents (L2), support hardware and software, drive projects, and mentor the local team.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco video conferencing systems (CMS, Expressways, MRA)
• Strong experience with Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber)
• Proven people management and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing incidents
• Support hardware or application troubleshooting
• Respond to customer escalations
• Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing projects
• Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis
• Ensure the sanity of the Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure
• Management of the local team and sharing of skills
• Vendor & L3 escalations when needed
